Ingredients:

12 Chocolate Sandwich Cookies

Treat Sticks

2 Pouches Cake Mate® Cookie Icing in Orange

1 Pouch Cake Mate® Cookie Icing in Green

1 Pouch Cake Mate® Cookie Icing in Chocolate

1 Package Cake Mate® Small Candy Eyeballs

1 Package Cake Mate® Large Candy Eyeballs

1 Tub Cake Mate® White Sprinkles

Instructions:

STEP 1 Carefully twist open the sandwich cookies.

STEP 2 Press the treat stick into the sandwich cookie filling.

STEP 3 Using Cake Mate® Orange Cookie Icing, pipe cookie icing around the filling on the inside of the sandwich cookie. Place the other half of the cookie sandwich on top of the treat stick & cookie icing to reseal the sandwich cookie creating the cookie pop.

STEP 4 Using Cake Mate® Cookie Icing in Orange, flood coat one side of the cookie pop. Place on parchment paper and allow icing to set before moving to Step 5.

STEP 5 Using Cake Mate® Cookie Icing in Orange, flip cookie pops over and flood coat the other side of the cookie pop, allowing the icing to seal the sides of the pop as well. Place on parchment paper and allow icing to set before moving to Step 6.

STEP 6 Using Cake Mate® Cookie Icing in Orange, affix Cake Mate® candy eyeballs to the cookie pops with a dot of icing.

STEP 7 Using Cake Mate® Cookie Icing in Chocolate, draw and fill in the jack-o-lantern grins. Before the icing dries, place white sprinkles for the teeth.

EXPERT TIP: Use tweezers to place the sprinkles.

STEP 8 Using Cake Mate® Green Cookie Icing, add a squiggle for the vine at the top of the jack-o-lantern. Allow icing to dry completely before serving.
