Ingredients:
1 Box of Chocolate Cake Mix
Ingredients called for on Cake Mix Box
4 cups chocolate frosting
1 Pouch Cake Mate® Decorating Icing in White
1 Pouch Cake Mate® Decorating Icing in Red
1 Pouch Cake Mate® Decorating Icing in Orange
2 Pouches Cake Mate® Decorating Icing in Green
1 Package Cake Mate® 8-pack Decorating Tips
1 Package Betty Crocker™ 8-pack Decorating Tips
1 2oz Bottle Cake Mate® Chocolate Sprinkles
Instructions:
STEP 1 Prepare cake mix according to the box instructions.
STEP 2 Using 13” x 9” cake pan, bake cake following the directions on the cake mix box.
STEP 3 Cool cake in pan before removing to cool completely on a cooling rack.
STEP 4 Cover the cake with the chocolate frosting, finishing with a smooth surface.
STEP 5 Using Cake Mate® Decorating Icing in Green, attach Betty Crocker™ tip #233 to pipe the grass border decorations on the edge of the cake and to create garden divisions.
STEP 6 Fill in the garden patches with Chocolate Sprinkles.
STEP 7 Using Cake Mate® Decorating Icing in Green, attach Cake Mate® tip #2D to create the heads of lettuce in one of the patches.
