Turkey Donut Pops

Ingredients:

12 small Plain Donut Holes

1 Pouch Cake Mate® Cookie Icing in Chocolate

1 Pouch Cake Mate® Cookie Icing in White

1 Package Cake Mate® Writing Icing

1 Tube Cake Mate® Writing Gel in Black

1 bottle of Cake Mate® Sprinkles in Orange, Yellow and White

Pretzel Sticks

Lollipop Sticks

Instructions:

STEP 1 Insert a lollipop stick into each donut hole.

STEP 2 Using Cake Mate® Chocolate Cookie Icing, coat each donut hole in a thin layer of icing. Set on parchment paper on a cooling rack. When the first layer has set, repeat with a second thin layer of chocolate icing.

STEP 3 Let icing covered pops dry completely.

STEP 4 Using Cake Mate® Cookie Icing in Chocolate, coat 36 pretzel sticks in icing and sprinkles to create the tail feathers. Set on parchment paper to dry completely.

STEP 5 Using Cake Mate® Cookie Icing in White, draw the turkey face on each pop. Set on parchment to dry completely.

STEP 6 Using Cake Mate® Cookie Icing in Chocolate, attach the tail feathers.

STEP 7 Using Cake Mate® Writing Icing in Red, draw the waddle on the turkey neck.

STEP 8 Using Cake Mate® Writing Gel in Black, pipe small dots for the eyes.

STEP 9 Allow pops to set and dry completely before serving
