Ingredients called for on Cake Mix Box
1 Pouch Cake Mate® Decorating Icing in White
1 Pouches Cake Mate® Decorating Icing in Pink
1 Package Cake Mate® Decorating Tips
1 Package Cake Mate@ Decorating Bags
1 Package Cake Mate® Pastel Baking Cups
12 Strawberry Halves
Instructions:
STEP 1 Preheat oven to 375° F. Prepare cake mix according to package instructions.
STEP 2 Bake 12 to 20 minutes or until cupcakes are golden brown and cracks on top feel dry. Remove from muffin cups to cooling rack. Let cupcakes cool completely.
STEP 3 Empty Cake Mate® White and Pink Decorating Icings into a bowl, mix well to create a pastel pink icing.
STEP 4 Fit a Cake Mate® Decorating Bag with tip #18. Fill the bag with the pastel pink icing.
STEP 5 Pipe a swirl of icing on the top of each cupcake.
STEP 6 Place a strawberry on top of each cupcake. Serve immediately.
