Ingredients:
1 box of your favorite cake mix
White Cake Mate® Decorating Icing Pouch
1 Bottle Cake Mate® Silver Decorating Sugars
1 Package Cake Mate® 8-pack Decorating Tips
1 Package Cake Mate® Metallic Baking Cups
1 Package Cake Mate® Relight Sparkle Candles
Instructions:
STEP 1 Bake cupcakes using Cake Mate® Metallic Baking Cups.
STEP 2 Let cupcakes cool completely.
STEP 3 Fasten the #2D decorating tip to the White Cake Mate® Decorating Icing Pouch.
STEP 4 Start by holding the tip at the outside edge of the cupcake at a 45° angle.
STEP 5 Apply constant, medium pressure while swirling towards the center of the cupcake and layering the icing.
STEP 6 To finish, gradually reduce the pressure applied while lifting the icing tip to a 90° angle. Once the center is reached, stop pressure completely and lift the icing pouch upwards to complete the peak.
STEP 7 Carefully sprinkle Cake Mate® Silver Decorating Sugars on top of the white ruffled peak of icing.
STEP 8 Place one Cake Mate® Relight Sparkle candle in the center of the cupcake.
