Instructions:

STEP 1 Prepare cookie mix according to the package instructions.

STEP 2 Bake cookies according to package instructions on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.

STEP 3 Let cookies cool on the baking sheet a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

STEP 4 Pipe Cake Mate® Peppermint Candy Cane Cookie Icing on one half of each cookie.

STEP 5 Sprinkle each cookie with crushed peppermint candy pieces.

STEP 6 Allow icing to dry before stacking the cookies.
