Ingredients:
12 Mini Shortcakes
12 Strawberries
1.5 cups Melted Chocolate
1 Bottle Cake Mate® Chocolate Sprinkles
Instructions:
STEP 1 Melt chocolate according to package instructions.
STEP 2 Dip each strawberry in melted chocolate, add chocolate sprinkles before chocolate sets.
STEP 3 Let chocolate set completely on strawberries.
STEP 4 Pipe a layer of Cake Mate® Decorating Icing in white in the “bowl” of each shortcake.
