Mardi Gras King Cake

Ingredients:

1 box (15.25 oz) Yellow Cake Mix

1 box (4 serving size) Instant Vanilla Pudding

1 container (16 oz) Sour Cream

3 Large Eggs

1/3 cup Vegetable Oil

½ cup Water

2 cups White Chocolate Chips

Icing

1 package Cake Mate® White Decorating Icing

1 bottle Cake Mate® Purple Sugar

1 bottle Cake Mate® Green Sugar

1 bottle Cake Mate® Yellow Sugar

Instructions:

STEP 1 Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease a 10-inch bundt pan liberally with butter or shortening, then dust with flour.

STEP 2 In a large bowl combine all ingredients for the cake, except for the chocolate chips. Mix on low for approximately 30 seconds to combine, then on medium for about 1 minute until smooth. Stir in the chocolate chips, then pour the batter into the bundt pan.

STEP 3 Bake for 50-55 minutes, until a toothpick or skewer inserted in the cake comes out clean. Cool the cake in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a cooling rack or cake plate to cool completely.

STEP 4 (Icing) Squeeze the entire contents of the Cake Mate® Decorating Icing into a microwaveable bowl. Heat icing in 5 second intervals until it becomes a pourable consistency. Pour over top of cake.

STEP 5 Sprinkle each color sugar in alternating sections on top of the icing.
