1 box of Yellow Cake Mix

Ingredients called for on Cake Mix Box

2 Pouches Cake Mate® Decorating Icing in White

1 Package Cake Mate® 8-pack Decorating Tips

1 6-cell Jar Cake Mate® Christmas Mix Sprinkles

Instructions:

STEP 1 Prepare cake mix according to the box instructions.

STEP 2 Bake 12 cupcakes following the directions on the cake mix box.

STEP 3 Let cupcakes cool completely.

STEP 4 Empty contents of the Christmas Sprinkles in a bowl and mix together.

STEP 5 Using a cupcake corer, take a piece of cake from the center of each cupcake. Save the removed pieces to cover the sprinkles later.

STEP 6 Fill each hole with about 1 teaspoon of the sprinkle mix. Use the top half of the cored piece of cupcake to cover the sprinkles.

STEP 7 Using Cake Mate® Decorating Icing in White, attach tip #2D to pipe a rosette on the top of each cupcake.

STEP 8 Top each cupcake with the sprinkle mix.
