Instructions:

STEP 1 Prepare cake mix according to the box instructions for cupcakes.

STEP 2 Let cupcakes cool completely.

STEP 3 Using Cake Mate® Decorating Icing in white, attach tip #18 and pipe a layer of icing on each cupcake.

STEP 4 Sprinkle the top of each cupcake in Cake Mate® Pastel Green Sugar.

STEP 5 Using the cereal and pipe cleaners, create 12 flowers.

STEP 6 Using Cake Mate® Decorating Icing in white, attach tip #5 and pipe a dot of icing to affix a cereal ring in the center of each flower.

STEP 7 Insert a flower in the center of each cupcake.

EXPERT TIP: For greater stability, wrap the stem of the pipe cleaner around a short lollipop stick.
