2 boxes of Brownie Mix
Ingredients called for on Brownie Mix Boxes
1 pkg Cake Mate® Gel Food Color in Classic Colors
1 Pouch Cake Mate® Decorating Icing in Red
1 Pouch Cake Mate® Decorating Icing in Green
1 Pouch Cake Mate® Decorating Icing in White
1 Package Cake Mate® 8-pack Decorating Tips
1 Bottle of Cake Mate® White Shimmer Sugar
1 Bottle of Cake Mate® Rainbow Nonpareils
1 Bottle of Cake Mate® Star Shaped Sprinkles
Mini Candy Canes
Instructions:
STEP 1 Bake 2 9×13 inch pans of brownies.
STEP 2 Let brownies cool completely.
STEP 3 Using cookie cutters in tree & stocking shapes, cut shapes out of the pans of brownies.
STEP 4 Snap the “hook” off a mini candy cane and gently insert one in the base of each of the tree brownies to create the “trunks”. For the stockings, gently insert a whole mini candy cane in the top of each stocking brownie to create the “loop”.
STEP 5 Using Cake Mate® Decorating Icing in Green, attach tip #18 to pipe the tree shapes on the tree brownies.
STEP 6 Sprinkle Cake Mate® Rainbow Nonpareils on the green icing. Place a yellow star shaped sprinkles at the top of each tree.
STEP 7 Using Cake Mate® Decorating Icing in White, attach tip #18 to pipe the trim on the stocking brownies.
STEP 8 Sprinkle Cake Mate® White Shimmer Sugar on the white decorating icing to add sparkle.
STEP 9 Using Cake Mate® Decorating Icing in Red, attach tip #18 to pipe the “sock” shapes on the stocking brownies.
