Ingredients:
12 champagne glass and heart shaped shaped sugar cookies
2 Pouches Cake Mate® Cookie Icing in White
1 Bottle of Cake Mate® Gold Shimmer Sugar
1 Bottle of Cake Mate® Pearls
Instructions:
STEP 1 Bake 1 batch of your favorite rolled sugar cookies, shaped as champagne glasses and hearts.
STEP 2 Let cookies cool completely.
STEP 3 Carefully decorate the sugar cookies with Cake Mate® white cookie icing.
EXPERT TIP: Outline the shapes of the cookies, then fill in the shapes.
STEP 4 Using Cake Mate® Gold Shimmer Sugar, sprinkle a line in the center of each glass. Place Cake Mate® Pearls along the gold sugar line to create the sparkling bubbles.
STEP 5 Place pearls around the edge of the hearts.
EXPERT TIP: Pipe and sprinkle a few cookies at a time, so the icing doesn’t get too dry for the sprinkles to stick.
STEP 6 Allow cookies to set at least 1 hour before serving.
