1 box of Gingerbread Cake Mix
Ingredients called for on Cake Mix Box
1 Pouch Cake Mate® Decorating Icing in White
1 Package Cake Mate® 8-pack Decorating Tips
1 Bottle of Cake Mate® Silver Shimmer Sugar
Peppermint Sticks
Instructions:
STEP 1 Bake 12 gingerbread cupcakes according to package directions.
STEP 2 Let cupcakes cool completely.
STEP 3 Using Cake Mate® Decorating Icing in White, attach tip #12 to pipe a snow cap on each cupcake. Pipe a large dot of icing in the center of each cupcake to create the “snow pile” at the base of the pole.
STEP 4 Insert a peppermint stick in the center of each large dot.
STEP 5 Using Cake Mate® Decorating Icing in White, attach tip #5 to pipe a dot of “snow” on top of each peppermint stick.
STEP 6 Sprinkle Cake Mate® Silver Shimmer Sugar to add sparkle to the snow.
