1 box of Yellow Cake Mix

Ingredients called for on Cake Mix Box

1 box Brownie Mix

Ingredients called for on Brownie Mix Box

1 pouch Sugar Cookie Mix

Ingredients called for on Cookie Mix Pouch

1 pouch Cake Mate® Decorating Icing in Green

1 pouch Cake Mate® Decorating Icing in Red

1 tube Cake Mate® Icing in Yellow

1 2oz Bottle Cake Mate® White Shimmer Sugar

Sesame Seeds

Instructions:

STEP 1 Prepare cake mix according to the box instructions. About halfway through the baking time, sprinkle the tops of the cupcakes with sesame seeds. Bake 12 cupcakes. Let cool completely.

STEP 2 Prepare brownie mix according to box instructions. Bake in a 13 x 9 rectangular pan. Let cool completely.

STEP 3 Prepare sugar cookie mix according to package instructions for rolled cookies. Using a crinkle or ruffled pastry cutter cut out fry shaped cookies, about 4 in x ½ inch in size. Sprinkle with shimmer sugar. Bake according to package directions, watching carefully they don’t burn. Let cool completely.

STEP 4 Using a round cookie cutter the same size as your cupcakes, cut 12 brownie circles forming the “burger”.

STEP 5 Remove the bake cup from each cupcake carefully. Cut the cupcakes in half forming a top & bottom bun.

STEP 6 Constructing the burgers. Place the “burger” on the bottom bun. Using Cake Mate® Decorating Icing in Red, attach tip #12 and pipe on the “ketchup”. Using Cake Mate® Icing in Yellow, attach tip #12 and pipe on the “mustard”. Using Cake Mate® Decorating Icing in Green, attach tip #352 and pipe on the “lettuce”. Finish your “burger” by placing the top buns on the icing.
