Instructions:

STEP 1 Using Cake Mate® Writing Gel in Orange, draw a thin line around the rim of 4 shot glasses.

STEP 2 Coat the line of gel with Cake Mate® Gold Shimmer Sugar.

STEP 3 In a glass measuring cup stir together the pumpkin, sugar, vodka (optional), and pumpkin pie spice until well combined.

EXPERT TIP You can substitute water, apple cider or white grape juice mixed with lime juice for vodka.

STEP 4 Taste and add water as desired.

STEP 5 Pour into rimmed shot glasses. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
