Ingredients:
12 pie slice shaped sugar cookies
1 Pouch Cake Mate® Cookie Icing in Pumpkin Spice
Instructions:
STEP 1 Bake 12 of your favorite rolled sugar cookies shaped as pie wedges. Before you bake, add creases to create the “crust”.
STEP 2 Let cookies cool completely.
STEP 3 Using Cake Mate® Cookie Icing in Pumpkin Spice, carefully draw the pie filling on the cookie then fill in completely.
STEP 4 Using Cake Mate® Decorating Icing in White, attach tip #18 and pipe a star in the center of each cookie creating the “whipped cream”.
