Ingredients:

1 box of your favorite cake mix

Blue Cake Mate® Decorating Icing Pouch

White Cake Mate® Decorating Icing Pouch

Red Cake Mate® Decorating Icing Pouch

1 Package Cake Mate® 8-pack Decorating Tips

1 Package Cake Mate® All American Baking Cups

1 2oz Bottle Cake Mate® Patriotic Pearls

Instructions:

Step 1  Prepare your favorite cupcakes in Cake Mate® All American Baking Cups.

Step 2  Let cupcakes cool completely.

Step 3  Attach the large round tip #12 to the Blue Decorating Icing Pouch. Pipe one layer of swirled blue icing across the entire top of the cupcake starting from the outside and working your way toward the center.

Step 4  Clean the large round tip #12 and attach to the White Decorating Icing Pouch. Pipe one layer of swirled white icing on top of the first blue layer. This time starting further in from edge creating a smaller circle on top of the blue layer.

Step 5  Clean the large round tip #12 and attach to the Red Decorating Icing Pouch. Pipe one layer of swirled red icing on top of the white layer. This time starting even further in from edge creating a very small circle on top of the white layer.

Step 6  Finish by sprinkling Cake Mate® Patriotic Pearls all over the cupcake icing.
