Instructions:

STEP 1  Bake cupcakes using Cake Mate® All American Baking Cups. Let cupcakes cool completely.

STEP 2  Attach a #97 icing tip to the blue icing tube.

STEP 3  Hold the blue icing tube at a 45° angle with the wide end of the tip lightly touching the surface. Glide your icing with steady pressure moving your wrist up and down.

STEP 4  To release, touch your icing tip to the surface of the cupcake, stop, and pull away.

STEP 5  Clean and attach the #97 icing tip to the white icing. With the white icing, make a smaller circle using the same technique.

STEP 6  Repeat making a final, red ruffled circle on the top of the cupcakes.
