Instructions:

STEP 1 Bake your Star-Shaped sugar cookies and cool completely.

STEP 2 Using White Cake Mate® Decorating Icing Pouch, frost your cookies and smooth out frosting evenly.

STEP 3 Divide out half of the cookies. Attach the #3 decorating tip to the Red Decorating Icing Pouch and draw horizontal stripes on the top half of the cookies.

STEP 4 Attach the #97 decorating tip to the Red Decorating Icing Pouch and draw thick red lines on the other half of the cookies.

STEP 5 Attach the #3 decorating tip to the Blue Decorating Icing Pouch, and alternate large and small dots on the other half of the cookies.
