Ingredients:

1 box of your favorite cake mix

Orange Cake Mate® Tube Icing

Yellow Cake Mate® Tube Icing

White Cake Mate® Tube Icing

1 Package Cake Mate® 8-pack Decorating Tips

1 Package Cake Mate® Metallic Polka Dot Baking Cups

1 Bottle Cake Mate® Orange Decorating Sugar

Instructions:

STEP 1  Prepare your favorite cupcakes in Cake Mate® Metallic Polka Dot Baking Cups

STEP 2  Let cupcakes cool completely.

STEP 3  Attach the large round tip #12 to the Orange Tube Icing. Pipe one layer of swirled orange icing across the entire top of the cupcake starting from the outside and working your way toward the center.

STEP 4  Cover the swirled layer of orange icing with orange decorating sugar.

STEP 5  Clean the large round tip #12 and attached to the Yellow Tube Icing. Pipe one layer of swirled yellow icing on top of the first orange layer. This time starting further in from edge creating a smaller circle on top of the orange layer.

STEP 6  Clean the large round tip #12 and attached to the White Tube Icing. Pipe one layer of swirled white icing on top of the yellow layer. This time starting even further in from edge creating a very small circle on top of the yellow layer.
